Certain services, including Hayim Bank, may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
• Transmit harmful software, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Hayim Global Limited or any third party

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access and potential legal action.

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, images, software, and other intellectual property displayed on our website and platforms are the exclusive property of Hayim Global Limited or its licensors, and are protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any of our content without prior written consent from Hayim Global Limited.

If you use our financial services (Hayim Bank), the following additional terms apply:

• All financial transactions are subject to applicable Nigerian banking and financial regulations
• You must provide valid identification in compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
• We reserve the right to freeze or close accounts suspected of illegal activity
• Transaction fees, interest rates, and service charges will be clearly communicated before processing
• Investment returns mentioned on our platform are indicative and not guaranteed

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hayim Global Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors due to circumstances beyond our control
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Hayim Global Limited in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory directive
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity on your account

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, liability limitations, and governing law) will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.
